    Our A.H.O.M. Essentials tote bags are shipped with care from British Columbia or Ontario, depending on availability.

    • Local Pickup/Delivery: Free within select areas — you’ll receive an email if eligible

    You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your tote is on the way.

    We want you to love what you carry. If your tote arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ahomessentials.com with a photo and order number.

    We offer:

    • Replacement or store credit for damaged items

    • Exchanges for incorrect orders (e.g., wrong color sent)

    Please note:
    Due to the nature of limited edition and seasonal prints, we may not be able to offer exact replacements. Unused totes in original condition may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

    Each A.H.O.M. tote is made with soft, reusable cotton or jute.

    • Machine wash (cold, gentle cycle) or spot clean

    • Air dry flat for best shape

    • Do not bleach

    • Some natural shrinkage may occur after first wash
