A.H.O.M. Essentials – Shipping Policy

We believe that every delivery should feel like a little welcome home. Here's everything you need to know about how your A.H.O.M. Essentials order gets to you with care.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days from the date of purchase.
This gives us time to thoughtfully prepare and package each kit with intention and care.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

🇨🇦 Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada only, but we're working on expanding!
Need a bulk or special delivery outside of Canada?

🕐 Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 3–9 business days (via Canada Post or trusted courier)

• Express Shipping (optional): 1–3 business days

Delivery times begin once your order has been processed and shipped.
Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues — but we’ll always keep you informed.

💌 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free local delivery or pick-up may be available on select bulk or partner orders.

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your kit every step of the way.

❗ Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days at hello@ahomessentials.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue — whether it’s a replacement or a refund.

🛍️ Local Pick-Up (Coming Soon)

We’re working on setting up safe, local pick-up points in [City/Region] for those who want to skip the shipping and grab their kit in person.
