We want you to feel good about every part of your experience with A.H.O.M. Essentials — from the moment your kit arrives, to the feeling it leaves behind.

If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Refunds & Returns - The Basics 

Due to the nature of our curated kits — which include personal care and hygiene items — we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a kit has been opened.

However, if your item arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Eligible Refunds May Include:

  • Incorrect or missing items

  • Damaged packaging or unusable product

  • Orders cancelled before shipping

In these cases, we’re happy to offer a replacement kit, store credit, or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

  • Our small but mighty team will respond within 2 business days.

Final Sale Items

  • Custom kits, bulk partner orders, and sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund — unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
